Another post about InfiniteWorlds.app. I forgot to post this one when I created the game. It's my first SFW game, based on the classic sitcom of the same name. The pictures aren't great, but the Smilodon AI captures the tone perfectly.

Mage Girls of Twin Lakes University (another Infinite Worlds game)

Yet another post about Infinite Worlds - the AI text based RPG site that I've been playing on. I created another game with the same Twin Lakes University setting as my last one. I think the generic university setting is good for allowing lots of young adult characters living and going to school in close proximity, so there are lots of interaction types possible.

Stick to Lion or Lion-thinking AIs if you want an actual story to go with this. If you just want her to beat the heck out of you relentlessly, try the Wampus AI. That one actually scared me with how mean it made her when I tested it. I haven't tried any of the other AIs on the site with this version yet, though Grimalkin is popular and worked pretty well with the earlier versions of this story.

Experimenting with AI pictures

Just out of curiosity, I decided to give AI image creation a try. Surprisingly, one of my first pics with a free tool actually turned out pretty good. I haven't been able to replicate that success since, even using the exact same prompt. Here's the surprisingly good picture:

One of my earliest influences

"Plato's Stepchildren", the 12th episode in season 3 of the original Star Trek is best remembered for the kiss between Captain Kirk and Lieutenant Uhura. Widely touted as the first interracial kiss in American network television (though this wasn’t technically true), it was quite controversial when it first aired on November 22, 1968.

Those who remember the episode for anything else probably remember the silly antics of the crew, as Kirk and the gang are forced by telekinetic aliens to perform for their amusement. Kirk “playing horse” on the ground with a little person riding on his back is just peak Shatner silliness, making this terrible episode stand out in a “so bad it’s good” kind of way.

But for me, the standout moment of the episode will always be just before the opening credits. Kirk, Spock, and McCoy beam down to a mysterious planet to heal their injured ruler, and discover that the human-looking aliens have telekinesis, other than the dwarf, Alexander. When Alexander pleads with their queen, played by the beautiful Barbara Babcock, not to harm the visitors, she does this:
